Every notice is $150 all-in: the document, certified mail with return receipt, and personal service by a process server. Each additional adult tenant named on the notice adds $100, because each one must be served and mailed separately. Monthly plans cover the document only; delivery is billed per order at $100 per tenant.
The court filing packet is a flat, all-in $249 per petition and requires a notice you already generated and paid for here — you pick which served notice the petition is based on.
